Publicado em 31/03/2023 às 10:33 AMRegistration is open for the “Introdução ao Português Brasileiro – A1 [Nível 2]” [Introduction to Brazilian Portuguese – A1 [Level 2] course, offered to foreign students, researchers and professors who need an introduction to the Portuguese language. The UFSC community as well as the external community can participate. The course is free of charge and will be held online via Moodle, the virtual teaching and learning environment used at UFSC.
Objective: to enable students to master structures, expressions and sentences of everyday use, allowing them to communicate in a simple way, introduce themselves and others, ask questions and give answers about personal aspects and their surroundings.
Course content: first contacts with Brazilian Portuguese. The 25 most frequent verbs in Portuguese and their conjugations in the present tense and simple past tense. Definite and indefinite articles, prepositions ‘a’ and ’em’ and their contractions. Gender of nouns and adjectives. Introducing yourself, talking about yourself and describing a person. Professions, countries and nationalities.
The students who complete all required activities in the course, achieving the minimum performance required for its completion, will receive a 20-hour certificate issued by UFSC and valid throughout the national territory.
Course start date: Between 25 April 2023 and 5 May 2023
Registration period: From 1 April 2023 to 20 April 2023
